Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Where’s My Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers usually become available within 4–6 business days after placing your order.
If you still haven’t received your tracking information after 7 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll gladly assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make changes to your order?
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request:
- address changes
- order edits
- cancellations
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify it.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but in rare cases items may arrive damaged during shipping.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging if possible
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
